Eligible unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The item must be clean, complete, and packed safely with original or equivalent protective packaging so fragile rims, corners, polished surfaces, and textile finishes are protected in transit.
Returned pieces should be unused, undamaged, and complete. Natural variation in stone, wood, glaze, glass, brass, or textile texture is part of the material character and is not considered a defect by itself.
Final-sale items, customized items, digital products, gift cards, items damaged after delivery, and items returned outside the return window may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law or separately approved by support.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number, item name, and photos of the item and packaging. Support will review whether replacement, refund, repair, partial refund, or return steps are the appropriate path.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and reviewed. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be nonrefundable unless the return is caused by a damaged, incorrect, or otherwise approved issue with the order.
