Answers before checkout

Orders

Browse by room moment, material, or product category, then review dimensions, care notes, gift fit, and price on each product page. The bag should make totals, shipping context, and checkout steps clear before you commit.

Shipping

Standard shipping is shown in the bag, and orders over $120 qualify for free standard shipping. Fragile pieces are planned with separate cushioning, paper fill, and care notes tucked inside the parcel when relevant.

Returns

Unused pieces may be returned within 7 days in their original or equivalent protective packaging. Keep protective wrap for ceramic, glass, and stone objects until you are sure the scale, finish, and weight work in the room.

Product care

Each product detail page includes material, dimensions, care, best-for notes, and gift guidance. Most objects need a soft cloth, dry storage, and gentle handling around water, heat, flame, or abrasive cleaners.

Protective packing

Pieces are packed with a care-first approach: protective cushioning, a care note where relevant, and a clear unboxing experience. Checkout should show any available packing or message options only when those services are actively offered.

Account preview

The account area is designed around practical repeat-customer needs: saved orders, addresses, wishlist context, gift preferences, and care reminders. Any preview sign-in should be treated as a demo until launch.
